OpenAI has released the gpt-image-1 model that's used under the hood of ChatGPT. The same model was used to generate Studio Ghibli images. It's extremely easy to use. I've built a Studio Ghibli image generator. Next.js app that uses gpt-image-1 in under 30 minutes.

On April 25th, OpenAI released access to gpt-image-1, the model behind all the viral Studio Ghibli images, plastic doll faces, futuristic infographics, and surreal art styles you've been seeing on LinkedIn and X.
